Several organisations helped us in getting established and shaping this project. Working together is the way forward, and it was thanks to the support of organisations such as Dorset and Devon Aquaculture,  Dorset LEP and Seafish, that we could successfully land in the UK and shape the project to make it truly innovative and sustainable.

Noola Redclaw was born to give to seafood consumers a product harvested just moments before it gets to their table and that has no negative impacts on the environment to give a truly flavoursome dining experience with a clean conscience. We teamed up with distributors that work with the same ethos: for all commercial enquiries from restaurants and chefs, Wild Harbour is our point on contact, whereas for all direct purchases, Harvest Bundle will be happy to showcase our product along with all their other foods directly sourced from local producers.
