Noola Redclaw is raised with techniques that ensure the lowest impact on our natural resources. Our niche production is entirely local. The waters that nurture our crayfish are carefully monitored for quality and we employ the most modern techniques that allows us to minimize the amount of water we take from the environment so that we do not impact on our precious water reserves.
Our animals are fed with feeds made with carefully selected ingredients to ensure a natural diet and to give us transparency of what we are connected to. At Noola Redclaw, we ensure a high standard of animal welfare at all times. We consider it our moral responsibility to treat our animals with care and compassion. It is also our ethical approach to caring for our animals that repays us with a harvest of exceptional quality, able to deliver a unique culinary experience.
